- Shipping charges do not count toward the $100 minimum.
- Not combinable with other offers.
- No price adjustments on previous purchases.
- Express and Priority shipping are excluded from this offer.
Processing & Fulfillment
- All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 2–7 business days (or sooner).
- Express orders are processed within 1 business day.
Responsibility

- Unclaimed or refused packages
Tracking & Delivery Timing
- Track your shipment using the tracking number provided.
- Total delivery time = Processing time + Carrier transit time.
- Selecting Next Day shipping does not guarantee delivery the day after your order is placed.

Returns & Store Credit Policy
NO REFUNDS – NO EXCEPTIONS.
All approved returns are issued as store credit only.
To Qualify for Store Credit, Returns Must:
- Contact us first to alert us to a problem with your order.
- Provide photos if your order arrived damaged or incorrect (required for verification).
- Be postmarked within 7 business days of receipt.
- Be unworn and unwashed.
- Be free of damage, wear, or soil, with all original tags (including hangtags) attached.
- Be in a condition suitable for resale.

Shoe Returns
- Shoes must be repacked in their original shoe box(es).
- The shoe box must be placed inside a protective shipping box.
Return Shipping
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Important Notes
- Palazzo Couture Online inspects all items before shipping; damaged merchandise is extremely unlikely.
- Returned items are inspected for signs of wear or smoke.
- If an item does not match its original condition, no store credit will be issued.
