Processing & Fulfillment

All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 2–7 business days (or sooner).
Express orders are processed within 1 business day.

Tracking & Delivery Timing

Returns & Store Credit Policy

All approved returns are issued as store credit only.

To Qualify for Store Credit, Returns Must:

Contact us first to alert us to a problem with your order.
Provide photos if your order arrived damaged or incorrect (required for verification).
Be postmarked within 7 business days of receipt.
Be unworn and unwashed.
Be free of damage, wear, or soil, with all original tags (including hangtags) attached.
Be in a condition suitable for resale.

Shoe Returns

Shoes must be repacked in their original shoe box(es).
The shoe box must be placed inside a protective shipping box.

Return Shipping

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Palazzo Couture Online inspects all items before shipping; damaged merchandise is extremely unlikely.
Returned items are inspected for signs of wear or smoke.
If an item does not match its original condition, no store credit will be issued.
